The establishment of Polygone Engineering SA in 1996 by Pierre Gautier and Frédéric Naville brought together the know-how of two highly experienced organization and management professionals. They complement their skills through the expertise of a wide network of outside consultants in many different fields.
Born in 1955, Frédéric Naville holds an MBA from the University of Geneva, where he also received his BA in Economics. Before becoming a consultant in 1985, he joined the marketing department of a multinational and headed up a commercial company. As a consultant, he has worked in many countries for industries and businesses, associations and public institutions. Naville’s areas of expertise are strategy and organizational structure. He draws on his experience as a manager to assist interim managers during periods of transition. A specialist in financial planning tools, he also regularly teaches management at the University of Geneva and other institutes.
