Bryan Thomlison’s corporate and brand marketing experience was earned at posts with Procter & Gamble, Lever Brothers, Carnation and Church & Dwight Co. (Arm & Hammer® products).

Mr. Thomlison’s business successes include his pioneering of the books-on-tape industry in the early 1980’s. In 1985, his books-on-tape company was bought by a subsidiary of Harper Collins where it became the first electronic publishing division of a major publisher.

Since 1990, Bryan Thomlison has designed and implemented innovative business and product development initiatives for a number of corporations and NGOs including Henkel, Asea Brown Boveri, Collins & Aikman Floor Coverings, Sunbeam, Arm & Hammer, the World Bank and The White House Science Office.

In January 2002, Bryan, in association with Ben Cohen (Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream), founded Green Village, Inc., a community-based detergents and cleaners manufacturing company designed to employ the unemployed and underemployed and economically benefit the least developed communities in the greater Philadelphia area. This was to be the first in a series of successful community economic development models developed by Mr. Thomlison.

Thomlison's multi-stakeholder environmental marketing techniques have been shown to deliver a 10:1 return on investment without spending funds on advertising. His marketing and brand-building expertise has since been referenced in over a dozen management and marketing books, including Reputation, published by the Harvard Business School Press.
