GSDC Case Study Project Title: Stand Up and Vote Client: Public Service Campaign In November 2000, 34 million women who were eligible to vote didn’t register or vote. Knowing that that many votes could decide an election and the quality of women’s lives everywhere, Kimberly King and GSDConsultants Robert Kapnek assembled a volunteer team of communicators, musicians, filmmakers and celebrities in September 2004 to create and implement the national public service campaign STAND UP AND VOTE, featuring the B-52s and other celebrities.
